Internal Tiling underway

The internal tiling started on the 16th April. There was a question from the tiler about how we wanted to finish the wall tiling in the ensuite so I dropped by today to let him know how we wanted it. Basically, and Im not sure Ill be able to explain it all that well, we have 'splayed walls' leading in to the ensuite which are not being tiled. The way the toilet door is situated, meant that on the 'flat' wall that is being tiled, would have a 1inch strip of tile around the leading edge of the door architrave. So after some discussion, Kel and I decided to finish the tiling at the edge of the architrave, and then paint the 1inch of flat wall... Argh very hard to explain, but I have it in my head. :) I have a picture, but it is not that great. Maybe Ill go back and take a pic later which might better explain - or wait until the tiling is complete.

The stairs from the garage in to the house have also been completed. Cheap and Nasty but they will do for the time being. My brother Craig has offered his services as a bricklayer to do some landscaping, so I might see if we can fit in some concrete/brick stairs at some point in the future!

Here are some images of the tiling underway.
